Three teams of service members from the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command (JPAC) paddle their Zodiac rafts to the shore during Zodiac training at Hickam Harbor, Hickam Air Force Base (AFB), Hawaii (HI). The US Army (USA) 7th Engineer Detachment (Heavy Dive), Fort Shafter, HI, conducts the training for JPAC to increase the unit's readiness for water recovery missions. JPAC's mission is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of our nation's previous conflicts.
