Squadron Leaders and Commanders of participating countries discuss events and scenarios that will take place on the flightline of Andersen AFB, Guam during the PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY 2001. PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY (PAR) is a PACAF-sponsored Military Airlift symposium for countries in the pacific region. PAR, held every two years and hosted by a pacific nation, this year Guam is the host nation with the symposium staging out of Andersen AFB.
