US Navy (USN) CHIEF Aviation Ordnanceman (AOC) Scott Kuczynski fires a twin M2.50 caliber machine gun, from onboard the USN Tarawa Class Amphibious Assault Ship, USS SAIPAN (LHA 2), at the decommissioned USN (former) Robert D. Conrad Class Oceanographic Research Ship, (now) Unclassified Miscellaneous (IX) Research Vessel, R/V GOSPORT (IX 517) in a live-fire Sink Exercise conducted 300 miles off the eastern seaboard of the United States.
