Incident Management Assistance Team Logistics Section Chief Jeremy Swartz, signing off on the delivery of the six bucket trucks to Saipan, CNMI. Back in August, Typhoon Soudelor caused major damage in Saipan and the local government asked for these trucks to help with the ongoing effort to restore long term power to the island.
