Earthquake - Pago Pago, American Samoa, March 28, 2012 -- Through FEMA's National Earthquake Technical Assistance Program (NETAP), a group of engineers, emergency managers, contractors, government employees, and others from American Samoa receive free technical earthquake training in "Rapid Visual Screening of Buildings for Potential Seismic Hazard" (FEMA 154), "Procedures for Post-Earthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings" (ATC-20), "Rapid Observation of Vulnerability and Estimation of Risk" (ROVER), and "Reducing the Risks of Nonstructural Earthquake Damage" (FEMA E-74).
