A US Navy (USN) Sailor assigned to Mobile Security Squadron 7 (MSS-7), armed with 5.56 mm M4 carbines, equipped with blank firing devices, provide security as Exercise participants board a Russian Federated Navy (RFN) KA-27 Helix helicopter at Santa Rita Naval Base, Guam (GU), during a joint humanitarian assistance, disaster relief exercise. RFN ships are participating in Passing Exercise 2006 (PASSEX 06) with USN ships off the coast of Guam.
