U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command Mercy Class Hospital Ship USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) flight deck personnel carry a litter borne patient to a waiting Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 25 (HSC-25, ΦIsland Knightsτ) MH-60S Knight Hawk (Sierra) helicopter for a return trip back to the city of Dili, East Timor, Indonesia, on Aug. 29, 2006.
