Spear Class Submarine Tender USS FRANK CABLE (AS 40) Command MASTER CHIEF Mark Fiorey meets with members of the ship's chief's mess on Dec. 15, 2006, discuss the status of Sailors who suffered severe steam burns during a Dec. 1 boiler explosion aboard the ship. Command MASTER CHIEF Fiorey recently returned from an eight-day visit with the Sailors and their families at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Annio, Texas.
