Back in August, Typhoon Soudelor caused major damage in Saipan and the local government asked for these trucks to help with the ongoing effort to restore long term power to the island. Demobilized FEMA generators staged at the Saipan Port after being put to use on the island of Saipan after Typhoon Soudelor clobbered the area back in Augusts, 2015.
