- Australia and Papua New Guinea are working together to deliver humanitarian assistance to drought-affected communities in North Fly, Western Province, at the request of the PNG National Disaster Centre (NDC). The Australian Defence Force's C-27J Spartan aircraft in PNG with the Defence Pacific Air Program have transported up to 10 tonnes of food supplies to Tabubil recently.
