- Amid severe drought caused by EL-NINO, affecting most parts of the Highlands region, where all other vegetation has withered, a single thornless bougainvillea in the yard of the Founder of Bible Faith Outreach Orphanage, Rosa Kepo, in Western Highlands Province, continues to bloom vigorously. Ms. Kepo says this stands as a testimony of hope and God’s provision in dry places.
