- The Western Highlands Provincial Government has reaffirmed its commitment to improving the rural electrification program and enhancing the quality of life for its residents by continuing the rollout of rural electrification across all four districts of the province. Recently, under the leadership of Governor Wai Rapa, the provincial government supplied twenty-two steel power posts to rural communities in Lower Nebilyer.
