- The Mwoakillese Sailing Canoe Building Documentation Project in 1994 was conducted by our Executive Director Takuya Nagaoka, then a JOCV volunteer, working at the Pohnpeia Lidorkini Museum under the Pohnpei State Historic Preservation Office.
