- The National Maritime Safety Authority will not hesitate to arrest and prosecute small boat owners and operators who do not comply with the Small Craft Act 2011. NMSA Acting Chief Executive Officer, Captain Krzysztof Orlowski made this remark following the report of the recent incident involving betelnut traders on a boat which capsized on the way from Madang to Kimbe and left passengers stranded in the open sea.
