IRC Signs MoU with Western Highlands Provincial Government
- Description:
- The Internal Revenue Commission has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Western Highlands Provincial Government to partner in efforts to improve tax compliance activities in the Province. IRC Commissioner General Sam Koim said Western Highlands is the commercial centre of the Highlands Region and therefore tax collection will be beefed up there, and expanded to other parts of the Highlands Region. The signing ceremony took place at Revenue Haus in Port Moresby this morning.
