- The Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access or PHAMA Plus Program and the National Agriculture Quarantine and Inspection Authority today signed a Memorandum of Understanding. They agreed to work together to address threats to Biosecurity in PNG. The small ceremony was witnessed by representatives from the Australian High Commission and the New Zealand High Commission. The Australian and New Zealand Governments are the major financial contributors to PHAMA Plus.
