- State-Owned Enterprises Minister Sasindran Muthuvel says the Government wants provincial governments to build a better electricity supply for their people. Minister Muthuvel says through the Public-Private Partnership program, proper electricity grids or source of power can be built around the country. The SOE Minister says the Asian Development Bank and other partners are eager to partner and provide reasonable funding for better electricity supply at an affordable price.
