- Description:
- The Department of Provincial and Local Level Government Affairs has partnered with the Pacific Institute of Leadership and Governance to roll out various training programs in provinces. Through this partnership, PILAG will be offering competency-based training to both DPLGA officers, and officers from the provincial government, and District Development Authorities, based at the District level. It also supports the department's efforts in preparing the provinces for decentralization.
