- A group of young men from Lae's West Taraka Community are calling on the Government leaders to work together with Churches to develop human resources. They said churches are playing a vital role in the development of human resources, whilst the three levels of government are not seriously concerned about human development. Two members of the group and ex-convicts said the country would change for better if the three protagonists, government, churches and serve with honesty.
