- National President of the Public Employees Association Robert Kutapai has slammed the call by President of PNG Teachers Association Aita Sanangkepe recently, where he questioned Mr. Kutapai's mandate and authority to make decisions on behalf of the public servants, especially teachers in the country. In a news conference yesterday, Mr. Kutapai responded to a report in The National newspaper dated 28th December 2020 where Mr. Sanangkepe made reference to the mandate of the PEA President.
