- The National Pandemic Controller and Police Commissioner, David Manning was in Lae yesterday to discuss the NO JAB, NO JOB policy with stakeholders. This follows Prime Minister James Marape’s directive on the weekend, whilst addressing frustrated staff of a company who protested against the policy. Also present was Dr. Daoni Esorom from the National Department of Health and Professor John Vince, a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee.
