- The Reserve List for businesses to be run by Papua New Guineans was brought up in parliament again today. Member for Moresby North East John Kaupa who has over 25 000 mothers registering with certain MSME and SME’s in his electorate, raised the issue once again. He’s greatest concern, the infiltration of Asian owned shops in all settlements.
