- The Government’s introduction of the Dominant Player Levy as part of its Revenue in the 2022 National Budget has copped a lot of criticism, even after the passing of the Budget on Tuesday this week. BSP Financial Group Ltd CEO Robin Fleming has expressed concern on the new levy, as well as trade union bodies such as the PNG Trade Union Congress and the Public Employees Association of PNG.
