- Micah Leng is not a name many people know – but he was an instrumental figure in the early days of the Pangu Party politics. Mr Leng who comes from the Bulolo District in Morobe, started out as a local guide and helper of well-known kiap Tony Voutas, and went on to becoming the Pangu Party’s first secretary. He now lives a quiet life in the village, and recalls his experience in the early days. This week, he was visited by executives of the Pangu Party in Morobe.
