- The Morobe Liquor Licensing Board has sent twenty-five alcohol products for testing at the University of Technology, following public concerns relating to these products. The Morobe Provincial Emergency Operations Committee, in a letter to the Provincial Administrator last year, had requested a ban on cheap alcohol to control social problems. The board responded by sending a list of products to UNITECH for testing in October last year.
