- NCD Governor Powes Parkop urged all the title Holders and Developers to ensure their development is align with the NCD Physical Planning before developing their land. Parkop highlighted that this city is a planned city and every developers must get the approval from the NCD Physical Planning Board prior to the development. Parkop made this statement following the Eviction Exercise that was carried out at the Morata One by the Sixth Estate Limited.
