Verso reads: "The HMS Bounty was built in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, as an ocean-faring vessel in 1960 for the movie, Mutiny on the Bounty, released in 1962. During 2007-2008 she undertook a voyage from the USA to Tahiti to celebrate the 220th anniversary of HMAV Bounty's first arrival in October 1788.
