- The Bulolo District Development Authority had presented one hundred and 55 thousand kina to Balob Teachers College in Lae to pay for 23 Bulolo students’ fees who are attending Balob Teachers College. Bulolo MP Sam Basil Jr says he is willing and ready to support this program started by his Late Father and help to bring in more teachers back to help Bulolo District.
