- Madang Governor Ramsey Pariwa has condemned the recent killing in the province where 2 different killings have taken place. One being a police officer killed in Transgogol area while another killing involving a young man from Bogia who was murdered by thugs right in the heart of Madang town. The police officer was identified as late First Constable Peter Tolpare, sparked an unrest that saw angry mobs loot the shops and vandalize Government offices.
