Premiere Airdate: October 24, 2013 OCDC is a Kauai-based rock band comprised of students from both Island and Kapaa High School who write their own songs. The songwriting process is not easy, but after they successfully compose a song the band experiences a great feeling of accomplishment. Ian Cowden, the lead bassist of the band, was inspired to write the song "Only In Time" by a girl he met in 2012.
