Following the broadcast premiere of PBS HAWAII PRESENTS Haleakala: A Trek for Dignity, several individuals featured in the documentary will discuss mental health, and local resources available to promote mental well-being. Our guests, including mental health advocates and those diagnosed with mental illness, trekked from the summit of Haleakala to sea level to seek empowerment and relief from the social stigma associated with mental illness.
