Description:

Coconut site: In yard of elementary school. The GPS reading is taken on one of a group of four coconuts which G̅anio planted together in the school yard (photo illustrates all four). Fasawr only switched her sound recorder on halfway through, so need to use Tano's whole version. Poor interviewing by Fasawr. First in Nmbu, then in Nen. Short supplementary recording by Nick Evans adds information about how she chopped down some old copra coconut trees which old people had planted but which the village does not use, to plant coconuts for local consumption instead.
