Description:

Cranium with mandible of Young adult Female. Decoration limited to two very small spots of relatively bright red pigment remaining on the surface; left and right temporal-parietal suture. Skull is mottled and variable in color, but more medium-dark brown than lighter tan or "natural bone" color. Roots and root tracks in many locations but relativly little soil or adhering residue. Surface weathering on right parietal. rUI1 broken at CEJ postmortem, root remains in socket. Polishing on posterior mandibular border and left buccal surface. No obvious trauma or pathology. Teeth lightly stained by residue/soil, but no accumulated calc. Very minor possible periodontal pitting in a few molar crypts. Otherwise good condition overall. Maxilla:. Mandible:
