- Cranium with mandible of Young adult/Mature adult Male. No obvious decoration present that is distinguishable from taphonomic modifications. Jaws glued together, mandibular border polished. Light grey soil wash in orbits, nasal, ears, basicranium, palate, foramen magnum. Roots present in these areas. Skull color ranges from tannish yellow to medium-dark brown, mottled overall with dark brown and white organic staining in areas. Very small areas of postmortem breakage on mandibular anterior alveolus, left zygomatic, lateral left mandibular condyle. No obvious trauma or osseous pathology. Mandible and maxilla glued together, so assessing all occlusal surfaces of caries is not possible, but wear is generally moderate (more severe in the maxilla). Calculus is significant on all maxillary posterior dentition; mandibular dentition much cleaner. Even though jaws glued together, all measurements at least approximate. Maxilla:. Mandible:
