- Description:
- Collection of 100 spears, arrows, bows, clubs, paddles and (?) fabrics, carved and decorated with geometric designs. Collected in Fiji, Solomon Islands, etc. [Register] Wooden paddle, tri-coloured dye use - red, white and blue - over the middle to bottom half of the paddle. Triangular design patterns and dye on both sides. Traditional arrowhead-shaped tip, tapering to point at bottom (base). Signs of past pest damage in form of boring insect/beetle holes.
