T-shirt
- Description:
- T-shirt printed with a stencil (nr 6061-85a and b) made on the island Moce by Tabu. He is known for his talent in drawing and painting. He started experimenting on his own with cutting out intricate motifs in X-ray photographic material. He often carves people doing certain activities related to Fijian culture. The motif on the stencil depicts a man in ceremonial dress (masi) presenting a pot fish stand (tabua). The print shows a new development in the use of stencil motifs and materials commonly used for masi.‖ Jara Hulkenberg 2006
