Pacific Islands Regional Marine Species Programme – action plans for migratory marine species

Description:
The Pacific Islands Regional Marine Species Programme outlines a regional strategy for the cooperative conservation and management of Pacific dugong, turtle, and whale and dolphin populations. SPREP is currently reviewing the action plans. We are consulting with Pacific Island Countries and Territories on the implementation of previous plans and getting feedback on the plans to develop new fit for purpose plans for 2021-2025.
