As the death toll rises on the north coast of Papua New Guinea where a tsunami destroyed four villages a team of 60 Australian medics treat the wounded and sick in a field hospital at Vanimo 100 kilometres from the site of the tsunami, and a second New Zealand contingent prepares to leave Ohakea Air Base with supplies of drugs, resuscitation equipment, body bags and farmbikes.
