- Kete. Basket. Made by Suitini Fakaofo. This kete is woven from launiu (coconut leaf). Kete like this can be used as polapola (food baskets) or as storage baskets, the use is determined by the owner. The coconut frond is stripped in half, the hard central rib is removed.
