- The Republic of Nauru is one of the smallest independent, democratic states in the world and is fully committed to supporting a successful outcome from the COP 21 on a new, ambitious, universal and legally binding agreement under the UNFCCC. In this regard, the Republic of Nauru wishes to submit its initial Intended National Determined Contributions (INCD) to the UNFCCC in accordance with the relevant paragraphs of Decision 1/CP.19 and 1/CP.20.
