Description:
The ocean is vast: it covers seven tenths of the planet, is on average about 4,000 meters deep and contains 1.3 billion cubic kilometers of water (97% of all water on the surface of the Earth ). The impacts of humanity on the ocean are parts of our inheritance and future. The ocean provide the services that we use now and then, that we sill increasingly need to use in the future and that are vital to each of us and to human well-being overall. So therefore managing the use of our oceans if very vital.
