Environmental law and policy in the Pacific basin area

Description:
The deterioration of the environment has been an especially visible and controversial problem in the advanced countries, but it is by no means confined by them. The developing countries face the hazards of pollution and contamination as the industrialize typical problems are overpopulation and resulting from sudden urbanization and environmental damages caused by emission of untreated industrial wastes into water, soil and air.
