Coastal Resource Management Organsation : Project Evaluation

Description:
A video record of a training course on project evaluation and permit procedures for coastal resource management in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Saipan in May 1985 by Richard Chester (Ph. D.) of the Marine Research Foundation, for SPREP, the South Pacific Commission, and the Coastal Resources Management Office. This video was made to complement the written report and assist the coastal Resource Management officers with future training courses. The Coastal Resource Management Program measures the impact of any development in Northern Mariana by implementing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). It guarantees sustainability through close monitoring of any development.
