Weather conditions for Australia are so extreme that many Australians especially farmers have developed great concern and respect to the development and updating of weather related information and services. This video provides us with an insight into the hardships faced by the farming communities of Australia, the work of the Bureau of Meteorology (explaining reasons for climate extremes and variations, SOI) and general information about the role of the community in assisting the Bureau.
