Avec une ZEE totale de plus de 10 millions de km2, les outre-mer contribuent à plus de 97 % à l’espace maritime national, le deuxième plus vaste au monde. Les îles et archipels français tropicaux accueillent 10 % des récifs coralliens et lagons et 20 % des atolls de la pla- nète
