- A Wallis et Futuna les déchets métalliques produits par les entreprises et particuliers sont aujourd’hui centralisés et stockés au sein des 2 CETs en activité sur le territoire. Ces déchets constitués de différentes fractions métalliques (ferreux, cuivre, aluminium…) sont collectés soit en fraction triée (canette) ou en mélange dans d’autres déchets (VHU, déchets des équipements électriques et électroniques…). Ils sont pour l’heure majoritairement stockés sur les CETs en attente de valorisation ou d’export, seule une faible fraction est exportée (canettes aluminium).
