This session aims to explain the current planning laws in Samoa that provides the legal mandate for PUMA DEC and STA to regulate tourism development activities. It is meant to draw attention and stimulate thinking among participants on where their respective roles and responsibilities fit into the fray, particularly in making sure that these laws are properly treated and applied across tourism developments in Samoa.
