Detainee Number US9CH-000281DP Abdul Ghappar Abdul Rahman, male, age 36, a Uyghur from the Xinjiang autonomous region, was detained in Guantanamo from June 10, 2002 until October 31, 2009, when he was released to Palau. Description was provided by Witness to Guantanamo.
