Interview with Norbert Ruff, Superior, Wisconsin, 2003

Norbert Ruff was born on June 4, 1919 in Bloomer, Wisconsin. Ruff enlisted in the Army Air Corps on Dec. 23, 1940. His primary flying school was Arledge Field in Stamford, Texas, graduating in the class of 41-I Texas on December 6, 1941, as a second Lieutenant.
