Prime Minister defends actions on Manus Island

As investigations continue into violence at the Manus Island detention centre, the Greens are calling on the Government to stop sending asylum seekers to the facility until the inquiries are completed. Meanwhile, Amnesty International says the rioting could have been avoided if the Government had acted on the recommendations it made last year.
